BALLISTIC MOBILE SYSTEMS

> Introducing a unique mobile ballistic system

Modular and lightweight
The modular system, consisting of rubber blocks, allows for easy assembly tailored precisely to your current training needs.
Top-notch ballistic protection
In exposed areas or when using larger calibers, the blocks can be layered for maximum protection.
Protected by a registered utility model
The unique features of this solution are protected by the Industrial Property Office.
Our technical solution is used for the construction of protective ballistic assemblies designed for the creation of anti-ricochet walls:
  • shooting ranges
  • enclosed buildings (so-called "Kill House")
  • CQB (Close Quarters Battle) training facilities for training in close-quarters combat
  • training containers and similar enclosed spaces

Smarter ballistic solution

Currently, ballistic systems are most often constructed from heavy concrete elements of enormous weight, whose transportation costs exceed the price of the material being transported. On the other hand, there are bags filled on-site with local material, typically sand, whose shape, durability, and ballistic and blast resistance are often uncertain, leading to significant overdesign of the structure.
A key advantage of our solution is that its production costs are very low, it is very easy to assemble and disassemble without the need for specialized personnel, and it can be transported between different locations using standard means of transport.
The system is based on a ballistic block designed for maximum ballistic protection and the efficiency of a modular solution:
  • a rubber block with excellent properties for safely absorbing the energy of projectiles and reducing secondary ricochets
  • Height and thickness of approx. 250 mm for a lightweight design that ensures easy handling
  • protrusions designed to hold the entire structure firmly together

Flexible, customized protection

Ballistic blocks can be freely assembled, stacked, and oriented as needed so that the resulting ballistic wall achieves the required thickness corresponding to the desired ballistic protection. The rubber blocks very effectively absorb the energy of incoming projectiles and prevent them from penetrating.
Thanks to the system’s modular design, it is possible to locally increase or decrease the wall thickness depending on the nature of the firing range, and to rearrange individual blocks between areas with higher and lower loads (e.g., typical firing sectors, room corners, and protective elements).
Maintenance and repairs to the structure can be performed without dismantling the entire wall. This ensures a long service life for the structure and reduces secondary ricochets of bullets and fragments within the enclosed space.
